Kitchen Cupboard Challenge

I've challenged myself to go through one kitchen cupboard a week and try and cook as many meals from the items that I've purchased that are lurking in the dark corners. I figure it'll kill two birds with one stone: 1 - We'll have some very creative meals 2 - I'll clean out the cupboards...first item up: 3 pound bag of red lentils!
